Sometimes you just like to hear yourself talk...

Or at least it seems that way when you hear an hour and a half long interview with you and your writing partner.

But actually I HATE the sound of my voice. Seriously. It makes me cringe.

Anyway, for those interested, we did an interview at WordBalloon with John Siuntres - a great guy. We talk about Jumpscars, our upcoming Oni work and everything else under the sun.

You can check it out at:

Comments:
1) I love, love, love reading about you guys and what you're doing. You should be posting much more frequently.

2) Am I allowed to call XTC Whitey McFreckles?

Why is my comment not showing up? I meant listening about you guys in this case. Although I love reading about you too....

Good Lord... did you really listen to the WHOLE thing?

And with all the things you've called me over the years, Whitey McFreckles is nothing.

Finally managed to finish listening to the podcast on my way back from class today. The war stories were great to listen to.

If it makes you guys feel any better about your profile at the Big Two, you're on the very short list of creators/events that would persuade me to pick up a Marvel book again. ;)

Thanks. I doubt a Marvel book is coming anytime in the near future. But good to know you'll be there if (and hopefully when) it does.

Sorry to hear about the school woes.

Why did it happen?

I'm one short of the number of overall upper division courses the university requires in order to graduate, but since I'd actually fulfilled my requirements for my major and minor, both of my advisers showed me as being good to go. Got a nice surprise when I showed up for my degree check.

(Actually, this is actually the new and improved situation -- originally I showed up as two upper divisions short and with several math courses missing.)

Assuming I don't get an "Hi, you're still boned, but in new and wonderful ways" call from the dean's office in the next couple of weeks, I should be able to knock that course out in pre-session and get things back on track, but I'm just not feeling a lot of love for the university right now.
